'Dauntless' was my first full game project created at the start of Year 2 in university for a 2 week long game jam. The game involves trying to get your ship back to earth after all crew have perished, leaving only the player to manage multiple ship systems and survive battles with other spaceships on their way back home.
I learned a lot from this jam and made a lot of mistakes in terms of project layout, blueprint and optimisation. I'd love to revisit this idea now that I have more experience under my belt.
